Application Summary
Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment :
Post Name : Teaching Assistant
Essential Qualification :
(1) Good academic record with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system followed) at the Masters Degree Level in the relevant subject from an Indian Veterinary University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university
(2) Comprehensive Test qualification in the concerned subject specifically conducted for the purpose by CSIR UGC or any agency duly constituted by the state government in this behalf is a preferential qualification. Relaxation of age and qualification for eligible candidates as per rules
(i) As per University Grants Commission Regulation -2016, candidates who have obtained Ph.D Degree in the concerned subject are exempted from passing the NET examination.
(ii) For recruitment to this post, Degrees awarded by the Universities recognized by UGC alone shall be considered.
