Jawaharlal Nehru University invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Junior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification: Candidate should have an M.Sc. degree in any branch of Life Sciences with a good academic record and practical research experience in 1) molecular biological methods used in protein purification and 2) cloning of genes in C. albicans. Candidates who do not meet these essential qualifications will not be considered. The candidate should necessarily have qualified the CSIR/UGC NET-LS/JRF or equivalent exam.

Desirable: Candidates with laboratory experience of at least 1 year in techniques such as cloning, extraction of RNA and DNA, RT-PCR, and enzyme assays in addition to the above mentioned essential qualifications would be preferred.
