1. Masters Degree or equivalent from a recognised university/institute with specialisation in Management/ Social Sciences or Humanities (55% minimum) (NET/SLET/M.PhiI. /PhD preferable)
2. Proficiency in handling MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
3. Command over oral and written English & Hindi language
4. Experience in carrying out primary data collection, and analysis
5. Experience in analysing data using software tools like SPSS and NVivo etc
Essential Work Experience: Candidates having experience in research work or research project of similar nature are preferable.
