Essential Qualification: 

Officers under the Central/State Government/Union Territories: -

(a) (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/Department;

or (ii) With five-year service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of Pay Level- 06 (35400-112400) or equivalent in the present cadre/Department; and

(iii) Bachelor degree from a recognized University or Institute.
