Degree in Engineering in any branch with two years experience in a supervisory capacity in a Port or similar place:Or
Diploma in Engineering in any branch with five years experience in a supervisory capacity in a Port or similar place With
Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by Central Government.
Adequate knowledge in Odiya.
Adequate knowledge or experience to design and conduct either independently or in collaboration with the training department suitable training and educational programmes for prevention of accidents to Dock Workers
