Eligibility: For consultant in AD Level - Retired AD or Retired from CDA scale with a substantive grade (Level 8 of 7th CPC or equivalent) or holding analogous post from Government / PSU/ Research Organisations.
For Consultant in JTO Level - Retired JTO or Retired from CDA scale with a substantive grade (Level 7 of 7th CPC or equivalent) or holding analogous post from Government/ PSU/ Research Organisations.
