Post Name: Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Essential Qualification: Candidate should have a post graduate degree preferably in Economics/Commerce/ Business Administration/ Finance or a graduate degree with professional qualification of Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy, Chartered Financial Analyst or equivalent. Any additional qualification with specialization in the field of stock market and related fields will be considered desirable.
Essential Work Experience:
25+ years of experience including an exposure of 5 years or more in Leadership Role.
Market Savvy Leader with entrepreneurial approach to drive business in a regulated ecosystem.
Adept at managing diverse stakeholders including regulators, investors, business partners and customers.
Highly innovative and technology driven.
High sense of integrity & a persuasive and passionate communicator.
MBA in Finance/ Chartered Accountant or any equivalent qualification. An additional qualification with specialization in Stock Market and related fields shall be an added advantage.
