Certification : RHCE, VCP, MCSE/ MCITP, CISSP/ CCNA/ CCNP or equivalent.
Essential Work Experience: R&D Experience and published papers.
Should have strong OS administration skills on Windows/Experience in Windows installation, Software and Patch management/Volume Manager Administration Network OS/SW Installation/OS Patching Skills on Windows/Strong knowledge of SAN/NAS related tools/Strong knowledge on Windows operating systems, debug/troubleshoot memory issues.
Should demonstrate good networking knowledge (WAN/ LAN, BGP, VPN, MPLS etc).
Should have experience in administration of Windows Server including Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, Exchange Online Managing and creating Volume group, LVM, Snapshots, Recovering LVMs, DNS, DHCP Servers installation and configuration & Troubleshooting. Installation Configuration & trouble Installation Configuration & troubleshooting of SAMBA, NFS, NIS, LDAP.
Virtualization with XEN/ VMWare/ KVM, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
