National Institute of Technology Manipur invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following post :

Post Name : Project Associate/Junior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification : M.Tech/M.Sc or equivalent PG degree (1st Class) in a professional discipline: Water Resources/ Hydrology/ Remote Sensing & GIS with Water Resources sub- specialization) with relevant B.Tech/B.E degree

Desirable : Candidates with working knowledge in the above job requirements; hands-on skills in MIKE-SHE, HEC-HMS hydrological models, Numerical Weather Prediction models (WRF/MM5), working knowledge in microwave remote sensing (SAR data analysis), etc

(a) Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests: GATE, CSIR-UGC, NET, SLET , etc

(b) The selection process through National Level Examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, ISRO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc.
