Essential Qualification:

• A masters degree in development studies/public policy/rural management/social work or related fields from the universities of global standing or from reputed Indian academic institutions such as the TISS, IRMA, XISS, DMI or IITs

• Minimum five years work experience in development-sector research/consultancy, preferably in managing or implementing research projects, conducting fieldwork, analysing secondary data, and writing reports/academic papers

• Proficiency in research related tools such as Nvivo/Atlas.ti and SPSS, and knowledge of M&E frameworks is desirable

• Good communication skills both oral and written, along with the experience of report-writing, creating infographics and developing concept notes and policy briefs

• Experience in organising seminars, stake-holder workshops or conferences
