Essential Qualification:
A masters degree in development studies/public policy/rural management/social work or related fields from the universities of global standing or from reputed Indian academic institutions such as the TISS, IRMA, XISS, DMI or IITs
Minimum five years work experience in development-sector research/consultancy, preferably in managing or implementing research projects, conducting fieldwork, analysing secondary data, and writing reports/academic papers
Proficiency in research related tools such as Nvivo/Atlas.ti and SPSS, and knowledge of M&E frameworks is desirable
Good communication skills both oral and written, along with the experience of report-writing, creating infographics and developing concept notes and policy briefs
Experience in organising seminars, stake-holder workshops or conferences
