Post Name: Consultant (Finance)

Essential Qualification: From Central / State / U.T. Government / Statutory or Autonomous bodies / Government Universities / Government Research and Development Organization. Retired Officers with Bachelor Degree in any discipline from recognized institution, and in Level-10 (as per 7th CPC) having sound knowledge of Financial rules, accounting and audit procedures as well as rich experience of handling matters related to Accounts and Audit.

Desirable: Experience in the relevant field (i.e., Finance, Accounts & Audit) in Central Govt. Institutions / Govt. Medical College

 

Post Name: Legal Consultant

Essential Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in law from a recognized institution/university and six years experience in handling legal matters in government departments/ autonomous bodies/statutory bodies/government universities, preferably in Hospital or Medical Institute set up (or) having 6 years of experience in handling legal matters with appearance before Subordinate courts/ Administrative Tribunals/High Court.

• The experience should be in drafting counters/petitions for filing before Tribunal and Courts, contesting cases, liaising with advocates on various legal matters

• The candidates should be well versed with service matters, labour laws and various laws related to Hospital Administration and Students affairs. Candidates with past experience in hospital administrative issues will be preferred.

Post Name: Security Consultant

Essential Qualification: Retired Group-A Officers of Police Departments of Central/ State/UT Govt. (or) Officers of the Armed forces (including Para Military Forces) having experience connected with Security, handling agitations strikes of employees, etc.
