Post Name: Upper Division Clerk

Essential Qualification: Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous or Statutory organization or Public Sector Undertakings or University or Recognized Research Institution:

  1. Holding Analogous posts on regular basis; or

  2. With eight years regular service in the grade of Lower Division Clerk or equivalent.

Desirable:

  1. Candidates having minimum experience with 5 years in Cash and Accounts Section and knowledge in Public Financial Management System are desirable.

  2. Candidates having work experience from Pay and Accounts Office would be given preference for the said posts.

  3. Having undergone training in Cash & Accounts by ISTM.
