(ii) With three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pre-revised Grade Pay or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and
(b) Possessing two years experience in Excise or Customs procedural work.

Essential Qualification:
Officer(s) of the Central Board of Excise and Customs:
(a) (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department;
Or
(ii) With three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pre-revised (Pay Band and Grade Pay) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and
(b) Possessing two years experience in Excise or Customs procedural work.
