Essential Work Experience: Officers under the Central Governments/ Universities/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development organisations or Central Public Sector undertakings.

1. Holding analogous post on regular basis.

 OR

2. With 5 (five) years regular service from organized Account Services in the grade pay of 7600/.

 OR

3. Officer with 5 (Five) years regular service at the level of Deputy Secretary of central Government in the grade pay of 7600/ and having 3 (Three) years experience in the field of Finance and Accounts.
