Assam Gramin Vikash Bank invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Architect/Consultant

Essential Qualification: Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7(seven) years ending on 31/03/2022 should be as per following:

• Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the mentioned limit under each category, applied for OR

• Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the mentioned limit under each category, applied for OR

• One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the mentioned limit under each category, applied for.

• The persons should be graduate /Post graduate diploma in architecture either from India or aboard and have done substantial amount of work as architect for a period more than three years.

• The applicants need to be Members of the Indian Institute of Architects/Institution of Engineers of consultancy or any other professionally recognized institutes.

• The applicants should be members of the Council of Architecture or any other recognized professional institute.

• The applicants should have adequate number of technical staff including consultants for electrical works ,Air-Conditioning works , fire-fighting works etc working with him for preparation of drawings, estimate, supervision of work, checking of bills etc.

• The required credential criteria should be in the name of the applicants only.

• For Assessing the Annual Turnover of the last 3 years ending on 31.03.2022, architects/consultants need to submit valid documents viz. Copy of Income tax return, Copies of IT assessment order, Profit & Loss Account and Balance sheet for the last 3 years wef 2019-2020.In case the annual turnover exceeds the threshold limit stipulated by Govt., audited balance sheet will have to be submitted.

• The architect firm/consultant should be their registered office in the state of Assam only.
