Post Name: Director (Extension Centre)

Essential Qualification: First class or equivalent in Bachelors and Master’s level. PhD in Engineering or Management including Fellow in Management from IIM.

Essential Work Experience:

(i) 10 Years of Research/Teaching/Industry Experience as Professor/Equivalent in AL 14.

(ii) 50 Research Publications/Patents/Books/Book Chapter/monographs in peer reviewed journals or volumes published by reputed publishing houses.

Desirable:

(i) Leadership, Strong Administration Skills & Flair for Management

(ii) Prior experience of heading any educational or research /department/unit/institution

(iii) International Exposure in Education management and Leadership

(iv) Collaboration with Industry or Business Houses

(v) National / International level awards and recognitions

(vi) Vision and Work plan for significant improvement of any of the BIT extension centers
