Essential Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. A masters degree in related field(s) is preferred

Essential Work Experience:

1. At least 6 years of experience in product management or a related field

2. Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript or other frontend/backend technologies

3. Experience with open-source development and managing software development projects using agile methodologies

4. Demonstrated experience in working with data-oriented teams to develop data processing pipelines and visualizations

5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making

6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

7. Experience working with government agencies or non-profits is preferred
