Post Name: Chief Financial Officer

Essential Qualification: Chartered Accountancy (FCA/ACA)/Cost & Management Accountancy (FCMA)

Essential Work Experience: Atleast 10-12 years professional experience in reputed NBFCs & as CFO for at least 5 years. Candidates should have and demonstrate competencies in leadership, strategic thinking, interpersonal communication and decision making.

Post Name: Chief Risk Officer

Essential Qualification: Masters degree in any discipline, preferably Mathematics/ Statistics preferably with additional qualification like CA, CFA, CMA etc.

Essential Work Experience: 10-12 years experience in BFSI sector with atleast five years experience in Credit (Retail and Wholesale) preferably mortgage business. Experience in handling Risk Management at Senior Management level in HFCs/NBFCs/Banks with roles and responsibilities of identification, measurement and mitigation of risk.

Desirable: Good understanding of market risk and/or liquidity management and/or operational risk, with exposure to analytics being an added desirable experience.
