Post Name: Young Professional-I

Essential Qualification: 

  • MSc (Agriculture) Food Science and Technology/Food Technology from recognized University.

  • Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Dairy Chemistry or Food Technology/Biotechnology from any recognized University with One-year work experience of Food Quality testing (as per FSSAI norms) as analyst at NABL Accredited Lab. Also work experience of conducting food safety and quality audit as per NABL norms is essential.

Desirable: Knowledge of operating food processing machines for commercial production of millet based food and bakery/confectionary Food products.

Post Name: Technical Assistant

Essential Qualification: 10+2 pass from any recognized Board/Institute. Knowledge of production of bakery products using at least 30 kg refined flour per day.

Post Name: Helper

Essential Qualification: 10th Pass from any recognized Board/Institute.
