Essential Qualification:

  1. Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department OR

  2. Holding the post of Accounts Officer OR equivalent carrying the pay in the Pay Band-2 of 9300-34800 and Grade Pay 5400/- (pre-revised) or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of regular service in the grade. OR

  3. Holding the post of Accounts Officer OR equivalent carrying pay in the Pay Band - 2 of 9300-34800 and Grade pay 4800/- (pre-revised) or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of regular service in the grade. OR

  4. Holding the post of Accounts Officer OR equivalent carrying pay in the Pay Band and Grade pay of 4600/- (pre-revised) or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years regular service in the grade.

Essential Qualification:

  1. Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department OR

  2. Holding the post of Section Officer/ Divisional Accountant OR equivalent carrying the pay in the Pay Band - 2 of 9300 - 34800 and Grade Pay of 4600/-(pre-revised) or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of regular service in the grade. OR

  3. Holding the post of Section Officer/Divisional Accountant OR equivalent carrying the pay in the Pay Band - 2 of 9300 - 34800 and Grade Pay of 4600/-(pre-revised) or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of regular service in the grade. OR

  4. Holding the post of Section Officer/Divisional Accountant OR equivalent carrying the pay in the Pay Band: and Grade Pay of 4200/-(pre-revised) or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of regular service in the grade.

Essential Qualification: Holding the post of Sr. Auditor/Auditor or equivalent carrying the pay in the grade pay level 5 of 5200-20200 pay band, with a minimum of two years of regular service in the grade.
