Post Name: Junior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification:

1. B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc Chemical Engineering / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Chemistry or a related discipline

2. Demonstrated experience in green fluorescent protein expression in E. coli systems and purification through chromatography techniques including affinity IMAC and IEX

3. Demonstrated experience with molecular biology techniques such DNA/RNA isolation, Primer design, Mutagenesis PCR, Restriction digest, Gibson assembly, Gel electrophoresis, Design and construction of recombinant vectors, Transformations of vectors

4. Ability to convey information effectively in the form of manuscripts and conference presentations and to work independently
