Essential Work Experience:

  • Should have minimum 05 years post qualifications experience (It will be verified by membership certificate)

  • Should have worked for a period of 03 years as Company Secretary in company/ies (supported by certificate)

  • Should have at least 01 year experience in a company having annual turnover of minimum 250 Crores in any of the last 03 financial years -FY 2019-20, FY 2020- 21 & FY 2021-22 (to be verified by Audited balance sheet).

  • Degree in law (LL.B./LL.M).

Post Name: Chartered Accountant

Essential Qualification: Should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Essential Work Experience: Should have minimum 7 years post qualification experience as Chartered Accountant in Central PSU/State PSU/Listed company of Manufacturing Sector.
