Registrar

Essential Qualification: Masters degree in Agriculture with specialization in Plant Breeding and Genetics/Genetics/Agricultural Botany/Seed Science and Technology or Forestry/Horticulture with specialization on Plant Breeding and Genetics.

Essential Work Experience: Officers under Central or State Government or Union Territories or PSUs or University or Statutory or Autonomous organisations or Indian Council of Agricultural Research having proven managerial, legal or Intellectual Property Rights or Agricultural development experience shall be eligible to hold office of Registrar.

(1) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or

(2) With five years service in grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay Rs. 78,800/- to 2,09200/- (Level-12)

(3) With ten years service in grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay Rs. 67700-208700/- (level-11).

Joint Registrar

Essential Qualification: Masters degree in Agriculture with specialization in Plant Breeding and Genetics/Genetics/Agricultural Botany/Seed Science and Technology or Forestry/Horticulture with specialization in Plant Breeding and Genetics.

Essential Work Experience: Officers under Central or State Government or Union Territories or PSUs or University or Statutory or Autonomous organisations or Indian Council of Agricultural Research possessing the following experience

(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or

(ii) With five years service in grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay PB-3 Rs. 15600 to 39100/- with grade pay Rs. 6600/-
