Post Name: Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical)

Essential Qualification:

  1. The candidate must have excellent academic records with 80% and above marks in M.Tech /M.Sc in Biotechnology and bench experience in Genetic Engineering/Immunology/ Hematology/ Cancer Biology/ Systems Biology.

  2. Candidates qualified with national Junior Research Fellowships such as ICMR, DBT, CSIR, or UGC will be preferred.

  3. Prior biomedical laboratory experience in academia or industry with molecular biology, immunology, hematology, or cell and gene therapy with an aptitude towards pursuing a research career.

  4. An aptitude for designing, organizing, and executing experiments on the bench with strong analytical skills.

Desirable:

  1. Fine skills in molecular biology and immune cell culture.

  2. Publications in national or international journals.

  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work in collaborative teams.

  4. Accountability to complete the project.

  5. Commitment towards developing curative cancer therapy.

  6. Researchers with experience in international research environment.
