Post Name: Project Manager (Health)
Essential Qualification:
Graduate degree in the field of health/ public health/ nutrition/nutrition economics/health management/Hospital Management or other allied fields from a Recognized University. OR
Masters degree/ PGDM in the field of Health/ Public Health/ Health and nutrition Nutrition Economics/ Health Management/Hospital Management/ Social Medicine and community health/ Rural Development/ Social Science in health/ Health policy or other allied fields from a recognized University.
Essential Work Experience:
Project management/ monitoring and evaluation/ policy advocacy in fields related to public health, nutrition, social development etc.
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience for graduates and Minimum 2 years of post -qualification work experience for post-graduates is required.
Desirable: Candidates with experience in government/ bilateral/ multilateral development agencies or programs/ projects funded by external aid agencies on social development and economic sector projects/ programs will be given preference.
Post Name: Project Manager (Education)
Essential Qualification: Masters degree/ PGDM in the field of education/ Rural Development/ Development.
Essential Work Experience:
Project management/ monitoring and evaluation/ Relevant work experience: project management/ monitoring and evaluation/ policy advocacy in fields related to Education.
Candidates having work experience of working in Education related fields in reputed organizations like Tata Trust, Azim Premji Foundation, Pratham etc may be given preference.
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience is required.
Desirable: Candidates must possess at least one year of experience and working with communities.
Post Name: Project Manager (Skill Development and Livelihood Support)
Essential Qualification: Masters degree/ PG Diploma in a relevant area such as business management, rural management, social work, natural resource management, agriculture, socio-economic, water resources management, environment, disaster management, development studies, sustainable livelihood, social innovation and entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, social work in rural development and/or related fields.
Essential Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of post qualification work experience in skill development related projects/programs/ initiatives under Central/State/External Aid Agencies/reputed NGOs.
Desirable: Candidates with experience in government/ bilateral/ multilateral development agencies or programs/ projects funded by external aid agencies on social development and economic sector projects/programs will be given preference.
