Essential Qualification:
1st Class BE or B-Tech degree of 4 years in Computer Science / Information Technology OR
1st class Post Graduate degree in Biostatistics / Public Health /Population studies/Bioinformatics/GIS and remote sensing including integrated PG degree OR
2nd class Post Graduate in Biostatistics/ Public Health/ Population studies/ Bioinformatics/ GIS and remote sensing with Ph.D. in relevant subject from a recognized University
Essential Work Experience:
Good Knowledge of handling statistical tools (R, STATA Arc-GIS, Q-GIS, Python etc.)
Having web development experience
Good Knowledge of Geographical Information System (GIS)
Strong analytical knowledge and experience of
handling large datasets specially related to community
Experience in machine learning techniques and artificial indigence (AI)
A publication record which demonstrates experience in the conduct, analysis and reporting of analytical and clinical research of infectious diseases.
The ability to understand and interpret complex research and scientific projects, and to communicate key messages to specialist and non-specialist audiences.
A willingness to travel for meetings and events.
Research experience in parasitology, epidemiology and surveillance of infectious diseases.
