Essential Qualification: Retires ASO or Equivalent with Sufficient Experience in the Assignment given in Below

• General administrative duties normally entrusted to an administrative officer.

• Supervision and Control of Office.

• All establishment/ administrative tasks. of all the employees.

• All periodical Reports and Returns pertaining to establishment matter.

• Overall financial responsibility of annual budget.

• Oversee academic matters like admission, examinations, Scholarship and external lecturers etc.

• Entire transport management for students and faculty for their field experience.

• Store: procurement from GeM Portal and maintain of college inventory.

• Overall administration of hostels of the college.

• Administration of RFTC Chhawla village.

• Any other duties as assigned by the Principal
