Educational Qualification:

Educational Qualification for NET:

A candidate must possess a Masters degree or equivalent in the concerned Discipline and specialization completed on or before 30.09.2023 from any Indian University incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or he/she must have qualification from a foreign University recognized as equivalent eligibility qualification by the Government of India (GoI).

Educational Qualification for Subject Matter Specialist:

Candidate must hold a Masters Degree or equivalent in the concerned discipline with specialization as defined in Annexure-V and VI, completed on or before 10.04.2023 from any Indian University incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or he/she must have qualification from a foreign University recognized as equivalent eligibility qualification by the Government of India (GoI). In the case of ex-servicemen, the equivalence for their qualification will be decided in consultation with the Director-General of the Resettlement, Ministry of Defence.

Candidate must hold a Masters Degree or equivalent in the concerned discipline with specialization as defined in Annexure-V and IX, completed on or before 10.04.2023 from any Indian University incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or he/she must have qualification from a foreign University recognized as equivalent eligibility qualification by the Government of India (GoI). In the case of ex-servicemen, the equivalence for their qualification will be decided in consultation with the Director-General of the Resettlement, Ministry of Defence

Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board invites application for various posts. Total 195 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number 1(4)/2023-Exam. The minimum age limit is 21 and maximum age limit is 35 as on date. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes and Person With Benchmark Disability will be as per the government rules. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections and PWBD Quota . The examination will be conducted through Online mode at All India level. The selection process will include an Interview process.
