Essential Qualification:

(1) Graduate in any discipline. (The qualification shall be one obtained from universities recognized by UGC or from any other institutes established by Government of India or Government of Kerala)

(2)Typewriting (English) Higher (KGTE/MGTE) or equivalent qualification. (3)Typewriting (Malayalam) Higher (KGTE).

(4)Shorthand (English) Higher (KGTE/MGTE) or equivalent qualification. (5)Shorthand (Malayalam) Lower (KGTE).
