Essential Qualification:

The requirements of qualification/ eligibility for applying for the Posts are as under:

(a) Holding analogous posts on regular basis, or
(b) Officers of the rank of Accountant or Audit Officers or Subordinate Account Service Department like indian Audit and Accounts Department, Indian Defence Department of Posts and Telegraph Accounts Department with five years regular service in the posts in the Level-7 of pay matrix (Pre-revised scale of Rs 9300-34800 in PB-2 with Grade pay Rs 4600/-)

Desirable:

(i) Degree of Arts or Commerce of a recognised Univesity.

(ii) Possessing knowledge of Government Rules and Regulations, Budgeting, Financial Rules and Accounts Code, administration and establishments.
