B Tech/ BE in Electronics and Communication / Engg. Physics with first Division (along with GATE qualified) or M.Sc. in Physics with first Division or
M.Tech./ ME in Microwave &Optical Communication/ Applied Optics/ NanoScience &Technology(with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate or equivalent (CGPA)
Place of Interview: Dean (IRD) office, Mechanical Engineering Block, First floor, Delhi Technological University, Shahbad Daulatpur, Main Bawana Road, Delhi
