Essential Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics and Communication /Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field Advanced certifications in relevant technologies are a plus

• Strong expertise in multiple technology domains, such as ICCC, IT Infrastructure, data analytics, IT Pla_orms, etc

• Exceptional skills in public procurement, Standards and framing policies

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and wriSen, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing technical strategies to drive eGovernance and City Operations

• A passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of technological advancements and industry trends

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proven experience of 20+ years in IT/ICT domain with 10+ years in a combination of technical advisory /digital pla_orm development/ systems architecture/ large ICT infrastructure management
