Post Name: Assistant Manager/Strategic Planning

Essential Qualification: Engineering Graduate

Essential Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years post qualification experience of working with Central/ State Govt organization/CPSEs/ Govt Instrumentalities or Private Sector Organizations

  • Urban Development/ Transport Infrastructure Development related experience

  • Developing responsive and adaptive governance framework and managing risks

  • Benchmarking studies

  • Market analysis/ industry potential assessment

  • Planning for budget required for the project and create various budget heads to monitor the expenses

Desirable: PG Degree/ Diploma in Management or its equivalent

Post Name: Assistant Manager/Planning

Essential Qualification: BE/ B Tech (Civil) or its equivalent

Essential Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years post qualification experience of working with Central/ State Govt organization/ CPSEs/ Govt Instrumentalities or Private Sector Organizations

  • Cost estimation, preparing and periodically updating construction schedule, identifying critical path and other activities related to project management for Urban Metro Projects

  • Should have proficiency on Primavera P6, MS Project, 4D BIM and dashboard tools, such as Power BI etc

Desirable: PG Degree/ Diploma in Construction Management/ Planning or its equivalent
