Post Name: Junior Associate (Admission)

Essential Qualification:

• Fluency and efficiency in spoken and written English is a must.

• Pleasant and persuasive telephone etiquette.

• Patience and empathy when dealing with prospective students.

• Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new strategies for effective tele-calling.

• Prior experience in tele-calling or customer service is a plus.

• Graduates, preferably with post-graduation in management.

• Willing to be located at Udaipur.

Essential Work Experience: Minimum one year’s experience of admission counselling and tele-calling in an educational environment, preferably with MBA coaching institutes/edu-tech companies/college/universities.

Desirable: A post graduate degree with relevant work experience would be an added advantage.
