Post Name: Passport Officer

Essential qualification:

(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Pay Level-11 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and possessing the following educational qualifications Bachelors degree from a recognised University or Institute;

Essential Work Experience:

Ten years experience in Passport or Consular or Emigration or Administration or Finance or Accounts or Vigilance work, in a Central or State Government Office.

Post Name:Deputy Passport Officer

Essential qualification:  (i) Bachelors degree from a recognised University or Institute;

Essential Work Experience: Seven years experience in Passport or Consular or Emigration or Administration or Finance or Accounts or Vigilance work, in a Central or State Government office.

Post Name: Assistant Passport Officer

Essential qualification:

(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or 

(ii) with two years service in the Grade rendered ater appontment thereto on a regular basis or equivalent in the parent Cadre or Department and possessing the following educational qualifications and experience

Bacelors degree from a recognised University or Institute

Essential Work Experience: Three years experiecne in passport or consular or Emigration or Administration or Finance or Accounts or Vigilance work, in a Centralor State Government office.
