Post Name: Junior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification:

The candidates should have a Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Professional course.
The Candidate should have qualified National Eligibility Test - CSIR-UGC NET including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)/ or National Level Examination conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions viz., DBT- Biotechnology Eligibility Test/ Joint Graduate Entrance Examination for Biology and Interdisciplinary Life Sciences (JBEEBILS)/ ICMR Entrance Exam/ Approved DST Inspire Fellowship, DAE, DOS, DRDO. MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc.

Desirable Qualification: Experience in Mammalian cell culture, FACS, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, PCR and Molecular Cloning.

Recruitment Details

Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology invites application for various posts. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number 26/2023. The minimum age limit is 18 and the maximum age limit ranges to 27, depending on the specific post. Please look at the Official Notification for the age limits mentioned for each post. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes and Person With Benchmark Disability will be as per the government rules.
