Essential Work Experience: Three years experience as Electrician/Plumber in a reputed institute/ firm.
Desirable :
1. Experience as Hostel/Mess Attendant and/or in student guidance in hostel of a reputed institution.
2. Language proficiency in English, Hindi & Malayalam.

Essential Qualification: Pass in SSLC and ITI/ITC/ equivalent certificate in relevant trade.
Essential Work Experience: Three years experience as Electrician/Plumber in a reputed institute/ firm.
Desirable : Language proficiency in English, Hindi & Malayalam.
