Essential Qualification:
For absorption through composite method, Officers holding posts in the Scale of Pay of 80000-220000 with 3 years regular service in the General (GAD)/Human Administration Resource Department Development Department (HRD) of a Major Port Trust will be eligible.
For deputation, Officers holding the post of General Manager (Admn) or Deputy General Manager (Admn) and Officers in the GAD/HRD in the Scale of Pay of 80000-220000 and above with 3 years regular service in the grade in Government/Semi Government/PSUs or Autonomous bodies(Other than Major Port Trust) will be eligible.
The selection is by merit for which the bench mark in overall grading in the APARs will not be below Very Good
