Essential Qualification: 

• For absorption through composite method, Officers holding posts in the Scale of Pay of 80000-220000 with 3 years regular service in the General (GAD)/Human Administration Resource Department Development Department (HRD) of a Major Port Trust will be eligible.

• For deputation, Officers holding the post of General Manager (Admn) or Deputy General Manager (Admn) and Officers in the GAD/HRD in the Scale of Pay of 80000-220000 and above with 3 years regular service in the grade in Government/Semi Government/PSUs or Autonomous bodies(Other than Major Port Trust) will be eligible.

• The selection is by merit for which the bench mark in overall grading in the APARs will not be below Very Good
