2 years working experience on the similar line and Help Desk platform
Providing technical support in implementation of an application on a day to day basis to the respective users
First level of support to the users in respect of application, hardware, software, network etc.
Coordination with application division in case of problems in the field
Technical support in management of OS, application, software patches, antivirus etc.
