  • Experience related to legal documentation, case filing/representation in court of law, Contract management, legal interpretation, arbitration, etc

  • Knowledge about various acts, Rules & Regulations applicable to Start-ups, MSMEs, Govt. Departments, companies etc

Post Name: Program Executive (Legal)

Essential Qualification:

  • LLB with 4 years of post qualification experience in the relevant field. Or

  • LLM with 2 years of post qualification experience in the relevant field

Essential Work Experience:

  • Experience as legal adviser/executive etc. for a renowned Company, Government Departments PSUs etc.

  • Experience related to legal documentation, case filing/representation in court of law, Contract management, legal interpretation, arbitration, etc
