Post Name: Research Associate (Qualitative Research)

Essential Qualification:

• Recent Postgraduates in M.A Social Sciences/ Development Studies/ Social Work, with the following skills/ training.

• Knowledge on Gender Studies/Tribal Studies would be an added advantage

• Have undertaken research / or used participatory livelihoods assessment tools in fieldwork

• Have worked with Tribal communities

• Have language proficiency in Hindi would be an added advantage

• Excellent documentation, presentation and writing skills in analysis, and use of computer applications like use of excel, atlas ti etc., is required.

 

Post Name: Research Associate (Quantitative Research)

Essential Qualification:

• Masters degree social sciences, preferably economics/ development studies/

• Prior work experience of 2 years and above of relevant experience with exposure for conducting surveys, and report writing, preferably in the social development sector/ public policy/ journalism;

• Knowledge of statistical concepts and the ability to deal with large datasets with the help of analysis packages such as STATA/SPSS will be an additional advantage

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project et cetera) is a strong advantage
