Post Name: Deputy General Manager (Engineering Design)
Essential Qualification: 4 year full time B.E. / B. Tech (Civil) with 60% or above Marks / equivalent CGPA Score in aggregate from AICTE approved / UGC recognised University / Deemed University / Institute.
Essential Work Experience: Minimum 18 years of hands-on work experience including software applications in Design of Concrete and Steel Bridge / Building Structures, preparation of engineering drawings, basic design aspects, engineering / document control. The above work experience should be in Supervisory / Executive categories out of which the preceding 02 years as on date of applying shall be in the immediate lower scale of pay for candidates employed in Govt. / CPSEs etc. while equivalent CTC for others. Preference will be given to the candidates meeting the above criteria having experience in design of erection / launching methodology, pile / well foundation and sub-structure for railway / road projects, having experience of executing projects in construction industry.
Post Name: Manager (Project)
Essential Qualification: 4 year full time B.E. / B. Tech (Civil) with 60% or above Marks / equivalent CGPA Score in aggregate from AICTE approved / UGC recognised University / Deemed University / Institute.
Essential Work Experience: Minimum 12 years of hands-on work experience in fabrication, erection of steel bridge structures, industrial buildings. Preference will be given to work experience in civil work, for example foundation, sub-structures, pile/well, roadways. The above work experience should be in supervisory/executive categories out of which the preceding 02 years as on date of applying shall be in the immediate lower scale of pay for candidates employed in Govt. / CPSEs etc. while equivalent CTC for others. Preference will be given to the candidates meeting the above criteria having experience of executing projects in construction industry.

Essential Qualification: 4 year full time B.E. / B. Tech (Civil / Mech.) with 60% or above Marks / equivalent CGPA Score in aggregate from AICTE approved / UGC recognised University / Deemed University / Institute plus MBA (2 Years full time) with 60% or above Marks / equivalent CGPA Score in aggregate with specialization in SCM / Materials Management or Post Graduate Diploma (2 Years full Time) in Materials Management / SCM & Logistics with 60% or above Marks / equivalent CGPA
Score in aggregate.Essential Work Experience: Minimum 12 years of work experience in preparation & review of tenders / contract documents, scope of work, tender estimate, finalization of pre-qualification criteria, finalization of commercial terms for project, finalization of payment terms and schedule for tender etc.. The incumbent should be well versed with all aspects of Purchase procedure, guidelines such as Public Procurement Policy of the Govt. of India and GeM in addition to having sound knowledge of various aspects of Civil / Mechanical Engineering. The above work experience should be in Supervisory / Executive categories out of which the preceding 02 years as on date of applying shall be in the immediate lower scale of pay for candidates employed in Govt. / CPSEs etc. while equivalent CTC for others.
Post Name: Manager (Marketing)
Essential Qualification: 4 year full time B.E. / B. Tech (Civil / Mech.) with 60% or above Marks / equivalent CGPA Score in aggregate from AICTE approved / UGC recognised University / Deemed University / Institute plus MBA with Specialization in Marketing Management (2 Years Full Time) with 60% or above Marks / equivalent CGPA Score in aggregate from AICTE approved / UGC recognised University / Deemed University / Institute.
Essential Work Experience: Minimum 12 years of work experience in marketing, business development related work in construction industry. The incumbent should have advanced skills in making presentations and Liaison. Preference will be given to candidates having work experience in preparation and review of tender / contract documents, scope of work and tender estimate etc. The above work experience should be in Supervisory / Executive categories out of which the preceding 02 years as on date of applying shall be in the immediate lower scale of pay for candidates employed in Govt. / CPSEs etc. while equivalent CTC for others.
