Essential Qualification: Railway employees working as Junior Engineer/C&W in substantive grade of level 6 and above as per 7th CPC with minimum five years service in either/any two (ac) are eligible to apply:-

• The applicant should have experience in estimate preparation, procurement and works programme.

• The applicant should have worked in open-line in coaching depots for a minimum period of 10 years and well conversant with methodology of maintenance of multiple types of coaches.

• Having sufficient knowledge in working on CMM.

• Working knowledge of Computer is essential
