National Museum New Delhi invites applications for the following post via Deputation/Promotion:

Post Name: Deputy Curator (Anthropology)

Essential Qualification:

(i) Masters Degree from a recognized university or equivalent in Museology/History of Art; or

(ii) Masters Degree from a recognized university or equivalent in Indian History/Sanskrit/Pali/Prakit/Persian/Arabic/Archaeology/Anthropology/Fine arts with diploma in Museology of recognized Institution or equivalent.

Essential Work Experience:

(i) Three year experience in Museum of National/Regional importance under the control of Central Government/State Government/Union Territories.

(ii) One years research experience with evidence of published research work in the field of Anthropology.

(iii) One year field experience and practical training in Techniques of Graphic Presentation.

Desirable: M.Phil degree or diploma in the relevant field from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.
