National Institute of Urban Affairs invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment :

Post Name : Subject Matter Expert

Essential Qualification :

(1) Masters degree in Information Technology/ Urban Planning/ Economics/ Public Policy/ Public Administration/ Business Administration/ Systems Engineering/ Sustainable Development/ International Trade, or a related field.

(2) Global certifications in Organisation Development/ HR Management or related areas is preferred.

Essential Work Experience :

(1) Minimum of 12 years of experience in Urban Governance and/or Municipal Finance, with a preference for HR Consulting or large-scale HR Transformations.

(2) Ten years of direct experience in organisational capacity building, development, and training.

(3) Five years of experience in designing and delivering training for adult audiences across various settings.

(4) Demonstrated skills and experience in organisational assessment, especially in international contexts.

(5) Experience in leading upskilling and future skills analysis in at least two industries over the past five years.
