Application Summary
National Health Systems Resource Centre invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment :
Post Name : Lead Consultant (Public Health Administration)
Essential Qualification : Graduate in Health (MBBS/BDS/AYUSH/ Nursing) with Post Graduate qualification in Public Health/Community health (MD/MPH).
Essential Work Experience :
(1) Have at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in implementing and supporting large scale health care programmes at Central level/State level.
(2) Experience of working with the Government would be desirable, with deep understanding of public health issues in India and role of various stakeholders
(3) Willingness to travel to states & districts to provide technical assistance & ability to work on different assignments simultaneously and beyond office hours to meet the timelines for assignments.
(4) Computer Skills: Proficiency in commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point. Ability to use internet to for desk research, literature review and accessing other relevant documents.
(5) Good communication skills in English & Hindi- both written and oral, presentation skills, ability to write analytical reports
Desirable :
(1) Preference shall be given to those candidates having worked in Health programmes at National/State level and contributed in framing policies /PIPs and technical guidelines.
(2) Published work (guidelines, articles, books) in the area of health systems
