Jharkhand Public Service Commission invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Assistant Engineer (Civil/Mechanical)

Educational Qualification:

(i) A degree of regular course in respective branch of Engineering from:

(a) University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India; or

(b) An Institution recognized by AICTE or,

(c) an educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as University under section 3 of the university Grant Commission Act, 1956; or

(d) the Institution of Engineers (India) having passed section A and B of the associate membership examination.

(ii) Such other equivalent qualification as have been or may be recognized by the Government for the purpose of admission to the said examination; or

(iii) A degree in respective branch of Engineering from such foreign University or College or Institution and under such conditions as may be recognized by the Government for the purpose from time to time.

Recruitment Details

Jharkhand Public Service Commission invites application for various posts. Total 637 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number 05/2019. The minimum age limit is 18 and maximum age limit is 35 as on date. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Women, Other Backward Classes, Government Servant/Departmental Candidate, Person With Benchmark Disability and Ex-Servicemen will be as per the government rules. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Unreserved, Economically Weaker Sections, Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes, Women, Sports Quota and PWBD Quota . The examination will be conducted through Offline mode at Regional level. The selection process will include an Interview process.
