Post Name : Consultant (MSME Expert)

Essential Qualification : CA/ MBA/ Postgraduate in Economics or equivalent qualifications.

Essential Work Experience :

(1) Experience of working with Industry Associations/Networks or MSME sector focused Agencies of Central Government Ministries & State Governments.

(2) Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience of working with MSMEs.

(3) In- depth understanding of MSME financial ecosystem of India.

(4) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.

(5) Well versed with written and verbal communication/ presentation skills

Post Name : Consultant (Capital Market Expert)

Essential Qualification : CA/ MBA/ Postgraduate in Economics or equivalent qualifications.

Essential Work Experience :

(1) Experience of working with SEBI recognized Category-I Merchant Banker handling Issue Management, Merger, Acquisition, Listing, De-listing, ESOP Valuation etc.

(2) Desirable experience as Lead Manager for raising of Equity in SME platforms of BSE/NSE. (Having independently worked on IPO & open offer rights issue).

(3) Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in Capital Market and Merchant Banking.

(4) In depth understanding of MSME industry issues and challenges specially related to raising of external equity.

(5) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.

(6) Must be technology savvy and well versed in fintech application.
