  • BE/B Tech or its equivalent in relevant discipline.

  • Two years full time Post Graduate Degree (MBA/MSW)/ Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Human Resources Management/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Organizational Development/ Human Resource Development/ Labour welfare or its equivalent.

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost Accountant (CMA). OR

  • B Com and MBA (Finance) or its equivalent.

Desirable: Degree in law.

Recruitment Details

Indian Rare Earths Limited invites application for various posts. Total 35 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number CO/HRM/19/2023. The minimum age limit is 18 and maximum age limit is 27 as on date. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: Other Backward Classes, SC/ST Categories, Person With Benchmark Disability, Ex-Servicemen, Jammu and Kashmir Domicile and Government Servant/Departmental Candidate will be as per the government rules.
