  • A bachelors or masters degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, finance, or a related field with 3 years of experience (Graduate) and 1 year of experience (Post Graduate)

  • Well-established network within the startup ecosystem, including investors, mentors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders.

  • Significant experience in the startup ecosystem, venture capital, or entrepreneurship is crucial. Previous experience in managing an accelerator program/ SISF fund/ any other Govt or corporate fund is highly desirable.

  • Having experience as a founder or working closely with startups provides valuable insights into the challenges and needs of early-stage companies will be desirable.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of the industry or sector the accelerator program focuses on, as well as a solid understanding of market trends and opportunities.

  • Familiarity with investor relations and fundraising processes for startups.

  • Awareness of legal and regulatory aspects relevant to the startup ecosystem.

  • Highly Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Workspace for Seamless Remote Work and Digital Collaboration
